Job Title: Java Full Stack Trainer
Location: Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team in Virudhunagar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development using Java technologies and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Full Stack development
• Cover front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular
• Teach back-end frameworks including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
• Guide learners through hands-on coding exercises and real-time projects
• Prepare and update training materials, assignments, and assessments
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
• Stay current with full stack development trends and tools
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Java full stack development or training
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
• Strong understanding of OOP, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage learners across different skill levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both online and classroom training formats
• Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer)
• Familiarity with agile development practices and DevOps tools
