Full Stack Software Development Team Lead

As a Full Stack Software Development Team Lead based in Ahmedabad with 8-11 years of experience, your role involves being part of an agile development team focused on building and enhancing enterprise-grade software systems using the Microsoft .NET development stack. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring teammates. - Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the team. - Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications on Microsoft technologies. - Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, estimates, and work plans. - Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance. - Package and support deployment of releases. - Work on the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies. - Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. - Identify opportunities for application and process improvement and document rationale for sharing with team members and other stakeholders. - Adhere to high-quality development principles for on-time and on-budget solution delivery. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Software Developer. - Previous experience in a technical leadership role. **Core Competency Requirements:** - Proficiency in Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# and Angular. - In-depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including Angular, Azure DevOps, ASP.NET, Microservices, .NET Core, and WCF. - Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software. - Familiarity with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments. - Experience in automated testing and agile development methodologies like Kanban and Scrum. - Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, debugging, performance profiling, and optimization. - Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories. - Strong internal motivation to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills with internal team members and external business stakeholders. - Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving solutions, systems, and processes.,
