Full-Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and cloud. Start by helping build our self-hosted contact-center platform (build our self-hosted contact-center platform) and lead greenfield software initiatives (dashboards, internal tools, integrations). Hands-on coding + early leadership (lead future product builds). Hands-on React/TypeScript + Node.js/Python, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, cloud (AWS/GCP). Integrate telecom/compliance APIs (VICIdial, Twilio/Telnyx, IPQS, RND, Number Verifier). Leadership track to bootstrap and mentor a growing dev team.

Summary

As a founding full-stack engineer, youll architect, build, and ship Universal Response Systems in-house communications platform and then expand into broader product development. Youll design modern UIs, secure APIs, and scalable data models; integrate telecom/compliance APIs; set coding standards; mentor future hires; and help shape the engineering roadmap.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery:

  Design and implement frontend (React/TS), backend services (Node/Python), and data layers.

• Platform Build:

  Co-own a self-hosted VICIdial-based platform with custom dashboards, analytics, and integrations.

• API & Integrations:

  Build secure REST/GraphQL APIs; integrate IPQS, RND, Number Verifier, Hiya/TNS, Twilio/Telnyx/Bandwidth.

• Data & Storage:

  Model schemas; optimize queries; manage ETL/cron jobs for large CSV/JSON loads.

• Automation & Reliability:

  Implement background jobs, webhooks, retries, observability, and alerts.

• Cloud & DevOps Collaboration:

  Containerize services (Docker), wire CI/CD, and deploy to AWS/GCP/Hetzner.

• Quality:

  Establish testing (unit/integration), code reviews, documentation, and secure coding practices.

• Leadership Path:

  Mentor juniors, influence architecture, and help bootstrap a high-performing dev team.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have

• React + TypeScript (component architecture, state management, testing)
  
• Node.js/Express

  Python/FastAPI (clean API design, auth, rate-limit, idempotency)
• SQL mastery (MySQL/PostgreSQL: indexing, migrations, performance)
  
• Cloud fundamentals (IAM, networking basics, logging/metrics)

• Strong debugging, profiling, and production support skills
