Full Stack Engineer

StrideIQ is building an AI powered accounting automtion suite for the CFO's office. We are an early stage startup and looking for sharp, entrepreneurial builders who can learn fast, solve hard problems, and ship at lightning speed.

We are currently live with our beta customers and are experiencing extraordinary demand. Therefore, we are hiring a superstar developer who can dive into the deep end from Day 1, who can figure things out, adapt quickly, and build and ship on day 1.

You’ll either own features end-to-end—from design to deployment—or jump in wherever needed, whether frontend or backend, depending on what’s most critical at the time.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and ship fast, no spoon feeding required.
• Highly proficient in Node JS, React JS, Python, FastAPI, Prisma, Prostgres and AWS
• Atleast 1+ year of experience (Do not apply if you are a fresher)
• Immediate Joining (Only apply if you can join within the next 15-30 days)
• Remote work: 6 days a week, upto 10 hours daily, sometimes on Sundays - only apply if you are HUNGRY to grow and learn!!.

Compensation and Ownership

• Salary: ₹3.6 – 4.5 LPA. Yeah, we know—it’s not the highest out there. We’re a bootstrapped startup, focused on building a profitable dhanda, not burning investor cash. But here’s the upside: you’ll get meaningful equity. Put in the work, grow with us, and I promise that stake will turn out to be worth way more than just a market paycheck. This is about building something together, not just clocking in and out.
