Full Stack Engineer (React JS & React Native)

I. Job Summary

We are looking for a

Full Stack Engineer

with a strong focus on

React JS and React Native

to join our growing team. The role primarily involves developing and enhancing

customer-facing applications

with an emphasis on

front-end and mobile app development

, while also contributing to back-end tasks when required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in

Agile/Scrum environments

, experienced with

mobile deployment pipelines

, and capable of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance user experiences.II. Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain React-based applications, including both web and mobile (React Native).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
Integrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications across platforms.
Participate in mobile app deployment, including App Store/Play Store submissions and monitoring.
Support long-term technical goals such as merging vendor-facing and customer-facing systems.
Apply Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software incrementally.
Conduct code reviews, write clean and reusable code, and follow best practices.
Collaborate on architectural discussions and contribute to process improvements.
Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and production support as needed.

III. Years of Experience

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on React JS and React Native.

IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications in React, Cloud Technologies, or Mobile Development are an advantage.

V. Skill Set Required

Must Have

Strong expertise in React JS and React Native.
Proven experience in mobile app deployment and app store processes.
Proficiency in API integrations for front-end and back-end connectivity.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have

Hands-on experience with .NET Core and SQL Server for back-end support.
Knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred).
Exposure to customer-facing applications in high-scale environments.
Strong leadership or mentoring skills within a development team.
