Role Overview

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer who wants more than a job—someone who wants to build long-term wealth through ownership. This is a core team role for a developer ready to grow with us over the next 3+ years as we scale to millions more users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable full-stack systems using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
• Develop AI agents using Python, Lang Chain or Llama Index
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector DBs
• Build APIs, microservices, and real-time systems
• Own features end-to-end, including DB (MongoDB/SQL) and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP)

Ideal Candidate

Technical Must-Haves:

• 3–5 years of full-stack experience
• Strong in Node.js; Python preferred
• Strong React.js/Next.js skills
• Experience with MongoDB + SQL
• Exposure to LLM apps and vector stores

Preferred:

WebSockets, agentic frameworks, Docker/CI/CD, AWS/GCP.
