Full Stack Engineer - Dotnet

As an experienced Full-Stack ASP.NET Technical Lead with Next.js expertise, your role will involve leading the development team, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture, and delivering high-performance applications. You will be responsible for: - Leading and mentoring a team of developers. - Architecting, developing, and maintaining ASP.NET Core-based applications. - Developing modern, responsive UI components using Next.js and React.js. - Optimizing applications for performance, security, and scalability. - Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. - Working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases for efficient data management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Conducting code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in ASP.NET Core and C#. - Strong experience in Next.js (Mandatory) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. - Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
