Full Stack Engineer

The Role: Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our core team. In

this role, you will bring our AI healthcare assistant to life, building both the intuitive user interface

that our users interact with and the powerful backend services that drive it. You will be

responsible for the entire feature lifecycle, from designing APIs to crafting pixel-perfect UIs, all

while ensuring our platform is secure, scalable, and highly reliable.

What You'll Do:

● Design, build, and maintain robust and secure backend services, APIs, and data models.

● Implement and manage caching strategies (e.g., Redis) and asynchronous workflows

(e.g., Kafka) to ensure our assistant is performant and responsive.

● Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks like React,

translating designs from our UX team into high-quality, functional code.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the entire stack, from the browser

to the database.

● Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, medical experts, and

designers to deliver a seamless and impactful user experience.

● Champion security and privacy in every feature you build, ensuring the integrity of our

systems and the confidentiality of user data.

● Contribute to our DevOps culture by containerizing applications (Docker) and managing

CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For:

● Full Stack Experience: 4-7 years of professional experience building and deploying full

stack web applications.

● Front-End Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and

extensive experience with a framework like React, Angular, or Vue (React preferred).

Experience with TypeScript is a significant plus.

● Back-End Proficiency: Solid experience with a server-side language like Node.js,

Python, or Go, and experience designing APIs (REST, gRPC).

● Database Knowledge: Experience with both relational (like PostgreSQL) and NoSQL

databases.

● Security-First Mindset: A deep understanding of web application security principles

across the stack. Experience or interest in data privacy is a major plus.

● DevOps Exposure: Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and

CI/CD concepts.
