Role Description(Internship)

Full Stack Interns

front-end and back-end development

This role offers:

• Hands-on experience building a live digital platform
• Mentorship from experienced developers
• Opportunity to transition into a paid Internship role after 2 months
• Exposure to product thinking, user interaction flows, and modern development patterns

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  backend services

  , ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Design, build, and integrate

  REST API endpoints

  for various platform modules.
• Connect and coordinate

  front-end and back-end systems

  to ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL

  databases

  , including schema design, query writing, and optimization.
• Quickly adapt to different

  backend frameworks, architectures, and technologies

  as required for the project.
• Implement server-side logic using

  Node.js, Python, Java, Go

  , or any suitable backend language.
• Contribute to certain

  front-end components

  when needed, ensuring proper integration with backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend logic, APIs, and data flow.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to build new features and enhance existing ones.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in

  Computer Science fundamentals

  , including:
• Data Structures
• Algorithms
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Basic networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with at least one

  backend programming language

  , such as:
• Node.js
• Python
• Java
• Go
• Good understanding of

  REST API development

  and integration.
• Ability to connect and integrate

  backend logic with front-end interfaces

  .
• Experience working with relational or non-relational

  databases

  , writing queries, and structuring data efficiently.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  , and any modern framework (

  React, Angular, Vue preferred

  ).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and backend architectures.
• Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and a willingness to explore and build solutions independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in an on-site environment.

Bonus (optional but valuable):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with Git, microservices, caching, authentication, or performance optimization
• Prior hands-on experience from personal projects, hackathons, or college projects
