Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience who can lead a small team of frontend/UI engineers and deliver high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in React.js, React Native, Node.js, and GraphQL, with hands-on experience in SaaS product development, CMS management, and base work plugins. The role also requires strong task management skills using PMS tools, code review expertise, and PR merge handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/Frontend and mobile developers.
• Convert Figma designs into responsive React web apps and React Native mobile apps.
• Design and develop SaaS-based platforms with scalable, multi-tenant architecture.
• Manage and integrate CMS platforms.
• Leverage and extend base work plugins and reusable libraries for faster development.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers for delivery.
• Write clean, optimized, and reusable code in React.js, React Native
• Manage tasks via PMS tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp) assign, monitor, and deliver.
• Conduct code reviews, approve/merge PRs, and maintain code quality. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both web and mobile applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 46 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in: Frontend: React.js, React Native
• Hands-on experience in SaaS product development (multi-tenant, scalable, subscription-based).
• Knowledge of CMS management.
• Experience with base work plugins, reusable modules, and UI libraries. • Strong knowledge of UI implementation from Figma using Material UI. • Familiar with Git workflows (branching, PR reviews, merges).
• Skilled in using PMS tools (Jira)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and task management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Leading a team delivering web + mobile SaaS and CMS-based projects. • Experience with plugin architecture and reusable component libraries
