Full stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at SAP, you will be working in the context of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), focusing on SAP Build, a low code no code platform that simplifies application development and automations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform - Developing front-end interfaces and user experiences using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, etc.) or SAP UI5 skills - Designing and implementing back-end services and APIs using languages and frameworks such as Java, Node.js, and integrating them with SAP BTP services - Driving and implementing GenAI capabilities in BTP Build Experience - Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, SAP ecosystem, UI5, and AI Skills, and making recommendations for adoption - Collaborating with product owners and architects to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality software solutions - Applying clean code principles, executing code reviews, code inspections, unit testing, performance measurements, and other quality tasks - Proposing architecture, design, and implementation of full stack applications Qualifications required for the role include: - Sound understanding of cloud-native architecture, development, design, and cloud platforms, along with knowledge of software design patterns including microservices and integrated systems - Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Node.js, Python Flask) - Experience in GenAI and Joule Skills development is an added advantage - Knowledge of modern back-end technology stacks, tools, and standards, including relational and non-relational databases, webservers, server-side frameworks such as Postgres, Nginx, Node.js, restful APIs, and OAuth - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Experience and willingness to work in a project setup following agile principles and practices If you're a motivated and talented full stack Developer with exposure in UI5 and/or GenAI skills and have a cloud mindset, this opportunity to join SAP's exciting journey to create SAP's digital thread solution may be the right fit for you.
