Job Description: MERN Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and be able to work on both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional applications.
• Debug, test, and maintain code to ensure strong functionality and performance.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or others).

Requirements & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)
✅ Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks✅ Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and database design✅ Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub)✅ Understanding of deployment and CI/CD pipelines✅ Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities

Good to Have (Optional)

✨ Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL
