Responsibilities ::

Writing and maintaining code
Working with Bigcommerce APIs
Deploying new microservices and supporting existing ones on AWS
Writing technical documentation and participating in code reviews
Communication with the team and the client

NestJS, AWS, JIRA, Asana, GCP, Azure , TypeScript, React.js

Desired Candidate Profile ::

Strong TypeScript knowledge
Experience with NestJS / express
4+ years Good understanding of PostgreSQL. Performance tuning, profiling, basic understanding of how it works underhood. (advanced knowledge of MsSQL or MySQL can be an option)
Basic experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure). Resource creation, security, automations
Basic experience with any CI/CD
Good knowledge of React
Good knowledge of any big components library (mui, mantine, shadcn)
Understanding of architectural approaches for distributed systems
Experience designing and documenting APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
Experience owning features end-to-end: from requirements to production support
Experience with monorepos
Experience in async job queues
Understanding of observability tools: logs, metrics, tracing Extensive experience with database technologies and architecture.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.  Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
