Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django (Python).
Build RESTful APIs and ensure secure data handling.
Develop dynamic frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Implement best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Python
and
Django Framework
.
Experience in developing and consuming
RESTful APIs
.
Proficiency in
React.js
and
Next.js
for building responsive frontend applications.
Familiarity with database technologies like
MySQL, or SQLite
.
Understanding of Git version control.
Good knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend workflows
.
Familiarity with deployment tools and services (e.g., Docker, Heroku, AWS, Vercel).

Good to Have:

Experience with
Redux
, or
TypeScript
.
Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
Experience with authentication systems (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of relevant development experience.
