Full Stack Developer

The role is primarily based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The product is being developed on React JS frontend and Java Spring Boot backend technologies. We are looking for new technology enthusiasts to work with us in building the state-of-the-art product for the organizations. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Your role involves developing scalable software solutions and having knowledge of developing apps on mobile or tablet devices is a bonus. You should be comfortable with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. A team player with a flair for visual design and utility is desirable. Your responsibilities include collaborating with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions, designing client-side and server-side architecture, building front-end applications with visually appealing design, managing databases, writing effective APIs, and developing new user-facing features using React.js. You will work on building reusable components, translating designs into high-quality code, and optimizing components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Additionally, you will develop backend APIs for performing functions like CRUD operations and logic for individual modules. Working with data scientists and analysts to enhance software is also part of your role. Skills required for this position include proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, familiarity with common stacks, a thorough understanding of React.js, experience in Java Spring Boot and AWS Cloud-based applications, knowledge of databases, web servers, and UI/UX design. Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field along with familiarity with RESTful APIs is preferred.
