Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support the core employee lifecycle workflows across multiple modules. The role involves hands-on development across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring smooth API integrations, stable performance, and secure deployment practices. The developer will work closely with product managers, UI/UX teams, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features with clean architecture and reliable functionality. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and a commitment to engineering excellence in a multi-module environment The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and delivering high-quality features within agile delivery cycles.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best engineering practices.
• Build, optimize, and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend logic.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and QA teams to ensure functional and workflow alignment.
• Design and manage integrations between front-end components and backend services.
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and multi-tenant use.
• Debug and resolve issues across UI, API, and database layers.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems while monitoring and addressing defects.
• Contribute to code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Stay updated with new technologies and apply them where relevant.

Primary Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as

  React.js / Angular / Vue.js

  .
• Backend expertise in

  Node.js / Express.js

  or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of

  MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL

  .
• Experience with

  HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST APIs

  .
• Familiarity with

  Git, GitHub, GitLab

  and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Exposure to HRTech or SaaS environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of web architecture and system design
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment

Experience

3–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working with scalable web applications.
