Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance our Next.js-based website.* Manage and improve our custom React CMS for properties, blogs, and content.* Work on backend APIs (Node.js/Express) and database management.* Optimize performance, SEO, and website security.* Handle deployments on platforms like Vercel / AWS / Netlify.* Collaborate with management to add new features as the business grows.* (Optional) Provide support for mobile app (React Native/Flutter) if required.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Next.js.* Experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs.* Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).* Understanding of web performance, security, and SEO best practices.* Basic knowledge of deployment and hosting (AWS, Vercel, or similar).* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Good to Have
* Experience with React Native or Flutter (for app maintenance).* Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.* Familiarity with real estate portals or CMS systems.
