Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, and microservices architecture.
• Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js (with Hooks/Redux).
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Perform Unit Testing with frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai to ensure code reliability.
• Build, integrate, and deploy applications using AWS Cloud Services and serverless architectures (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway).
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Work in Agile/SCRUM development cycles, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them grow technically.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive DevOps and automation initiatives for CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• Backend Development: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Frontend Development: Strong experience with React.js, Redux (or Context API), Hooks, component-driven development, and responsive UI/UX.
• Cloud/DevOps: Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation) and serverless design.
• Testing: Unit testing with Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Version Control & Tools: GitHub, JIRA, Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable, reusable solutions.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs (Apollo, Hasura).
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,052,180.31 - ₹1,883,108.21 per year
