Role Summary:
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to develop and manage web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Build robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or other relevant technologies.
• Develop and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring optimization and data security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless and user-friendly experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.) for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Monitor application performance, uptime, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure best practices in version control, branching strategies, and automated testing.
• Handle system scalability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with exposure to DevOps.
• Proficiency in:
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Java (Spring Boot).
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux environments, shell scripting, and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and API management.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web and cloud applications.
• Hands-on with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions).
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, or New Relic.
• Previous experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
