About the Role:

Dataspot Technologies LLP is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will build, maintain, and scale web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with additional exposure to MySQL and Python being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with designers and front-end teams to integrate UI/UX features.
• Manage MongoDB databases and write optimized queries.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure security, authentication, and authorization across systems.
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MySQL and Python.
• Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
