Inspired by platforms like TikTok, ShareChat, Moj, Josh, Chingari, and YouTube Shorts, our goal is to empower creators and connect communities through seamless video experiences.

Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site
Experience Required: 3–8 years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end features for short video applications (upload, playback, comments, likes, follows, etc.)
Build high-performance frontend and backend systems optimized for real-time video streaming and feed delivery.
Work on AI-driven recommendation algorithms, personalized content feeds, and trending video discovery modules.
Integrate video processing, compression, and CDN delivery systems for fast, global streaming.
Collaborate with mobile developers (Flutter/React Native) and UI/UX designers for pixel-perfect implementation.
Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for mobile and web platforms.
Implement secure authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
Optimize server performance, database queries, and caching systems (Redis, CDN).
Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and data integrity across global user bases.
Work with cross-functional teams on product roadmap, feature rollouts, and performance enhancements.

Technical Skills Required:Frontend:

React.js / Next.js / Vue.js
TypeScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS

Backend:

Node.js / Nest.js / Express.js / GoLang / Django
RESTful & GraphQL API development
Microservices architecture

Database:

MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
Redis, ElasticSearch (for real-time search and caching)

Cloud & DevOps:

AWS (S3, EC2, CloudFront, Lambda) / Google Cloud / Azure
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Nginx, CDN configuration

Video Processing & Streaming:

Cloudflare Stream / Mux / Agora / AWS MediaConvert
FFmpeg integration for video encoding/compression
HLS, DASH, WebRTC

AI & ML (Preferred):

Recommendation systems, content moderation models
TensorFlow / PyTorch integration for feed ranking or voice detection

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in an agile startup environment
Passionate about video tech, social platforms, and user experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on or developing apps like TikTok, Reels, ShareChat, or similar video-based social platforms
Knowledge of real-time video analytics and user engagement metrics
Prior startup or product-based company experience
