Full Stack Developer - C++

As a Senior Software Engineer at our global engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and enhancement of our file transfer solutions and products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing robust, high-performance, and highly secure file transfer products and solutions using Modern C++ (version 11 and later) and Java. - Building and maintaining RESTful integrations using JSON and XML. - Contributing to and enhancing web-based UIs with JavaScript, JQuery, and related frameworks. - Implementing and optimizing support for file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, and FTP/S. - Designing and implementing automated unit and integration tests in a shift-left testing environment. - Collaborating with team leads and architects on system design and feature planning. - Participating in code reviews, advocating for best practices, and improving code quality across the team. Additionally, you will partner with Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver reliable and maintainable enterprise software. You will also work with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure to deploy and scale infrastructure and services. In an Agile Scrum environment, you will contribute to team ceremonies and technical documentation, take ownership of assigned modules, and mentor junior engineers when appropriate. Your qualifications should include: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong Modern C++ and OOP development skills. - Solid knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, and data formats like JSON. - Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, and modern front-end development concepts. - Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. - Strong understanding of file transfer and networking protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S). - Experience with version control (Git, SVN) and collaboration tools such as JIRA, TFS. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methodologies. - Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - A security-first mindset, particularly with networking and data exchange.,
