Full Stack Developer ASP.NET & MSSQL (Immediate Joiner)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust web applications that handle sensitive financial data, manage customer onboarding flows, and support internal dashboards for credit, compliance, and reporting teams. Your work will directly support the digital backbone of financial services including loan origination, KYC/AML, financial analytics, and customer servicing portals. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Web API) and MSSQL, specifically for BFSI workflows. - Develop secure, scalable code that supports features such as loan eligibility engines, KYC form validations, customer data dashboards, and compliance logs. - Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for large-scale, sensitive financial datasets. - Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and QA to deliver seamless applications aligned with RBI/SEBI compliance requirements. - Troubleshoot production issues in real-time and implement solutions aligned with banking SLAs and audit expectations. - Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions with EaseHawk and client stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in full-stack web development in enterprise environments. - Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC / Web API, C#, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) schema design, joins, indexing, stored procedures. - Hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Version control tools (Git preferred). - Exposure to secure coding practices and role-based access systems. - Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation habits.
