About the Role

Tech Lead / Full Stack Architect

This is a key role for someone who can lead technical decisions, guide developers, interact with clients, and ensure delivery excellence — all while staying deeply hands-on in both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop

  Angular 20

  -based front-end components using

  Web Components architecture

  .
• Build

  interactive dashboards

  and

  real-time data visualizations

  using

  Infragistics

  ,

  Highcharts

  , or

  D3.js

  .
• Design and implement

  RESTful APIs

  and backend logic using

  .NET 9 / .NET Core

  .
• Integrate

  OIDC / OAuth

  authentication and manage session lifecycles.
• Work with

  Azure Cosmos DB (Mongo API)

  or other NoSQL databases for scalable storage.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams using

  Azure DevOps

  and

  Docker

  for CI/CD.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness across applications.
• Provide

  technical leadership

  — reviewing code, mentoring team members, and enforcing coding best practices.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, share progress updates, and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Angular 20+

  (Angular 16+ acceptable if open to upgrade).
• Proficiency in

  Web Components

  and

  modular UI architecture

  .
• Experience with

  advanced charting/visualization libraries

  (Infragistics, Highcharts, D3, etc.).
• Deep backend expertise with

  .NET 7–9

  REST API development

• Strong understanding of

  OIDC / OAuth

  authentication.
• Experience with

  Azure Cosmos DB / MongoDB (NoSQL)

• Hands-on knowledge of
