FTI Functional and Technical specialist

Location: PAN India (Onsite Deployment to GCC Countries)

Role & responsibilities for FTI Functional and Technical specialist:

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into FTI functional specifications and configuration setups.
• Work closely with Trade Finance business users to gather requirements for modules such as

  Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, Bills, and Loans

  .
• Configure and test FTI modules according to client requirements and organizational standards.
• Conduct

  functional testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  , and support go-live and post-production activities.
• Prepare

  functional documentation

  , including BRD, FSD, and configuration guides.
• Provide

  end-user training

  and support on Trade Finance processes within FTI.
• Liaise with business and IT teams to ensure seamless

  integration with other systems

  (e.g., core banking, SWIFT, compliance tools).
• Support periodic upgrades, patches, and change requests.
  

Technical Responsibilities:

• Work on

  FTI technical customization

  , including developing reports, interfaces, and data mapping.
• Develop or enhance

  integration scripts

  between FTI and other applications (Fusion Corporate Channels, Fusion Payments, Core Banking, etc.).
• Debug and resolve issues related to FTI technical architecture, configuration, or data inconsistencies.
• Perform

  FTI installation, environment setup, and version upgrades

  (if required).
• Analyze performance issues, perform tuning, and ensure smooth operation of the FTI application.
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities
