As a seasoned Full Stack Developer Lead in this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of full stack web applications using Remix.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will design and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services, ensuring code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. Collaborating with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver high-quality software. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, optimize application performance, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of full stack web applications using Remix.js, React.js, and Node.js - Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams - Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices - Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth - Optimize application performance and scalability - Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in software development - Strong hands-on experience with Remix.js, React.js, and Node.js - Deep understanding of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch - Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture - Familiarity with CI and CD pipelines - Strong problem-solving and communication skills If you have AWS certification, experience with Docker and container orchestration, exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies, or prior experience in leading distributed teams, these would be considered as preferred skills.
