Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst for the Loan Originating System application development team, your role involves collaborating with Product Owners to gather requirements, create detailed user stories in Jira, document third-party API integrations, and provide technical analysis to support developers. You will also be responsible for setting up and testing the system locally to ensure successful product enhancements delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Product Owners to analyze business requirements for Loan Originating System application changes - Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira - Read, understand, and document third-party API specifications including request/response formats - Provide technical analysis and additional inputs to assist developers during implementation - Configure and maintain the local Loan Originating System environment for testing and validation - Perform functional testing and validation of implemented features Technical Skills: API Analysis and Documentation: - Read and comprehend REST API documentation and specifications - Document API request formats, parameters, and response structures - Map third-party API data to Loan Originating System data structures - Document error scenarios and exception handling for API integrations Development Support Tools: - Proficiency in tools like Postman for API testing and documentation - Familiarity with Browser Developer Tools for basic debugging and network analysis Professional Experience: - 7-9 years of experience in business analysis, product development, or technical analysis - Experience in requirements management, working with software products, and development teams - Proficient in API integration and working with third-party integrations Communication Skills: - Excellent written communication skills for documentation and user stories - Strong verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Financial Services Knowledge (Advantage): - Understanding of Banking and Credit Union Operations, Loan Origination, Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance - Proficiency in Loan Originating System domain knowledge, ProfitCents, Loan Management, Risk Assessment, and Reporting Company Details: Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based in Silicon Valley.
