Frontend Technical Lead

As a seasoned Frontend Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript. You will lead a team of engineers, drive technical decisions, and collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting, designing, and implementing scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript. - Owning the technical roadmap and leading the adoption of best practices in frontend architecture and development. - Mentoring, coaching, and managing a team of frontend engineers. - Performing code reviews, providing technical feedback, and driving continuous improvement. - Working closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Collaborating with backend engineers to ensure seamless API integration. - Setting and enforcing coding standards, performance benchmarks, and testing strategies. - Staying updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies and proactively suggesting improvements. - Breaking down complex projects into actionable tasks with accurate estimations. - Ensuring timely delivery of features and updates with high code quality. Your required skills and qualifications include: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Expert-level knowledge in at least one modern framework/library: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. - Deep understanding of frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia, etc.). - Experience with build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Rollup). - Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design practices. - Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks like Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for frontend deployment. - Proven ability to lead and grow a team of engineers. - Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
