Frontend Engineer

At Bitscale, were a tight-knit, ambitious team of IIT Kanpur grads building a signal-first GTM automation platform that makes SDRs and growth teams 10x more effective.

We’ve spent years at places like JP Morgan, HSBC, Nanonets, and CityMall, and now we’re building the next big thing from the ground up — with real customers, real data, and real scale.

For engineers, that means:

• Working on high-volume data pipelines, LLM-heavy workflows, and workflow orchestration — not toy apps.
• Building systems that sit at the intersection of AI, growth, and SaaS, where performance and reliability actually matter to revenue.

What will you do?

As a Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Build cutting-edge UIs with React, Next.js, and TypeScript using the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
• Create intuitive, delightful user experiences that make complex AI workflows feel simple for growth teams.
• Work with modern frontend architecture including server components, app router, and advanced state management patterns.
• Design and implement responsive, performant interfaces that handle real-time data updates and LLM interactions seamlessly.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate AI capabilities into polished, production-ready features.
• Directly influence product design, UX patterns, and frontend architecture with the founders.

Responsibilities

• Front-end Development
• Build fast, intuitive UIs using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Translate rough UX ideas into smooth, production-grade experiences.
• AI Integration
• Work closely with our AI/LLM flows to build interfaces, agent triggers, and workflows that feel magical but are robust under the hood.
• Make complex AI capabilities feel simple and usable for GTM teams.
• Customer-Centric Development
• Talk to users, understand GTM workflows, and ship features that actually move revenue metrics.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage, and metrics.
• Innovation & Experimentation
• Stay on top of what’s happening in AI and infra.
• Prototype, break things, and push boundaries to solve real GTM problems with AI-first solutions.

Pre-requisite Tech Stack

• React, NextJS

Good To Have

• Previous start-up or early-stage experience.
• Interest in system design, architecture, and scaling.
• Experience with event-driven systems, queues, or workflow engines is a plus.
