Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms. Knowledge of tools like Splunk for monitoring and logging platform health is highly desirable. Experience in automation and a proactive mindset for resolving systemic issues. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and tools such as Jira. Ability to collaborate across teams to understand stakeholder requirements and implications. A fast learner with curiosity and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
