Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front-End Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies, responsive design principles, and an eye for clean, user-centric UI/UX. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend, and product management to build scalable, high-quality web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to convert UI/UX designs into functional and interactive web components.
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, identify performance issues, and troubleshoot bugs to enhance overall application quality.
• Keep up to date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS, and component libraries
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Web Sockets or React Native.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
