Position: Frontend Developer – Web3 & MLM Projects
Location: On-site – [Bhopal / Capital Mall]
Experience Required: 1–4 years (must have experience in Web3/MLM/referral systems)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in Web3 applications, DApp wallet integrations, and MLM/referral-based systems (product base and investment base projects). The ideal candidate should have the ability to build high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, and collaborate with backend teams to deliver seamless Web3 user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js / Next.js (or similar frameworks).
• Integrate DApp wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) into the frontend.
• Work on referral network systems, product-based and investment-based projects.
• Implement secure transaction flows and smart contract interactions with Web3.js/Ethers.js.
• Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and performance optimization of the UI.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers for smooth API & blockchain integration.
• Build interactive dashboards, charts, and data visualizations for MLM projects.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented frontend code.
• Stay updated with latest Web3, blockchain, and frontend trends.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (or Next.js).
• Experience with Web3.js / Ethers.js for blockchain integrations.
• Hands-on experience in DApp wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
• Proven track record in MLM/referral network projects (crypto-based, product-based, investment-based).
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of Solidity basics to understand smart contract structures.
• Prior experience in AI + Web3 hybrid projects.
