About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in ReactJS and NextJS to join our team at Stitch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications—especially in the banking or fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.
• Ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Understanding of version control (Git) and modern build tools.
• Experience in banking or fintech projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
