Job Overview

We’re hiring a skilled Front-end Developer with proven experience in React, Material-UI, Redux, and integrating front-end apps with back-end services. You’ll build responsive, interactive interfaces and deliver intuitive UI that meets design and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and responsive web applications using React and Material UI (MUI).
• Build and manage application state using Redux or Context API.
• Integrate frontend with backend services via REST APIs.
• Translate design mockups (e.g., Figma) into pixel-perfect, accessible UIs.
• Customise MUI components and themes to align with design guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers in Agile sprints.
• Optimise applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to UI component libraries.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building frontend applications using React.
• Strong hands-on experience with Material UI for theming, layout, and components.
• Solid understanding of Redux for application state management.
• Proven experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Good understanding of accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to other frameworks like Vue or Angular.
• Experience with TypeScript, styled-components, or CSS-in-JS.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Experience with component libraries or design systems.
