Frontend Developer Intern

As a React.js Developer Intern based in Gurgaon, you will be part of an internship program lasting 3-6 months. Your primary role will involve supporting the development team and gaining valuable experience as a modern frontend engineer. Throughout this internship, you will work on live projects, collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and quality teams, and tackle real-world challenges using a variety of technologies. Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and improving UI components using React.js, as well as debugging and troubleshooting issues within the codebase. You will be expected to adhere to best coding standards, software development practices, and participate in Agile development cycles. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation, quality assurance processes, integrate RESTful APIs, and collaborate effectively with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders. This role will also provide you with an opportunity to enhance your React.js proficiency, problem-solving skills, and work on building responsive, high-performance dashboards and data visualizations using Chart.js. You will also manage state using Redux and learn about modular architecture and role-based access control. To qualify for this position, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. You must have a strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and DOM concepts, along with hands-on knowledge of React.js principles. Problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a basic understanding of state management, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming are essential. Familiarity with web development tools such as Git, npm/yarn, and Webpack is required. Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to learn and implement new concepts quickly are also important. Having exposure to other frontend frameworks like Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or jQuery, experience with backend or database technologies (Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Firebase), familiarity with testing frameworks, code quality tools, and design tools, as well as participation in open-source projects or hackathons, will be considered a bonus. Throughout this internship, you will gain mentorship from senior engineers, work on real-world projects, and be exposed to modern software development workflows and best practices.
