Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Developer (Flutter) who will take end-to-end ownership of the mobile app UI/UX implementation. You’ll work closely with the design, backend, and product teams to bring our vision to life — building beautiful, fast, and scalable Flutter applications that feel native and delight users.

You should have a strong eye for design, a product-first mindset, and experience in optimizing performance for production apps at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect and responsive UI.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, sockets, and backend services with strong error handling.
• Implement state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.) for scalable app architecture.
• Optimize app performance, animations, and transitions for a smooth user experience.
• Work closely with backend and QA teams to deliver high-quality, bug-free releases.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Participate in sprint planning, feature discussions, and product brainstorming.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Flutter development (with at least one production app published).
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and Flutter UI best practices.
• Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Socket.io, or WebRTC (preferred).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and async programming.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development.
• Experience in UI animations, state management, and performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of app deployment on the Play Store and App Store.
