Front Office Supervisor

You will be responsible for conducting shift briefings to ensure all hotel activities and operational requirements are communicated effectively. During your assigned shift, you will supervise front office operations, which include maintaining guest information, keeping track of local events, compiling occupancy statistics, overseeing the use of the public address system, managing group bookings, and assisting with handling serious complaints. Additionally, you will supervise cashiering activities, which involve cash handling and banking procedures, providing guidance to staff on credit policies and facilities, ensuring staff follow cash security procedures, managing debtor control, preparing various reports, and overseeing the cashiering system. Building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal customers and guests is crucial. By anticipating their needs and taking proactive actions to exceed their expectations, you will contribute to creating a favorable hotel image in all interactions. Adhering to hotel brand standards and possessing a deep understanding of the hotel's services and facilities will enable you to effectively explain and promote them to guests. Furthermore, you will assist guests by escorting them to different locations within the hotel as requested.
