Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and able to create a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.

Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.

Manage billing, payments, and provide receipts to patients.

Coordinate with laboratory and medical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Graduate preferred).

Prior experience in a similar role, especially in healthcare/diagnostic centers, is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.

Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 Years.

What We Offer:

Salary & Working Hours:

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹11,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
