You will be joining GARV INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a reputed construction company situated at EWS 34, Harmu Housing Colony, Ranchi. As a Front Office Receptionist based in Ranchi, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front desk operations. This includes welcoming and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring office security through strict adherence to procedures, keeping track of logbooks, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Your role will also require effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients efficiently. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Receptionist Duties, Front Office operations, and Phone Etiquette. Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
