We are looking for a dynamic and highly presentable Front Office Executive to be the face of our organisation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees, playing a key role in creating a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional attitude
  • Manage the front desk phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and admin teams to ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Manage administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or reception role
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Highly presentable with a pleasing personality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
