Front Office Assistant

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will handle incoming customer inquiries and provide detailed information about mushroom cultivation, kits, and accessories to clarify any doubts. Additionally, you will maintain call logs, update the customer database, and coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order and delivery updates. You may also assist in basic sales and marketing tasks as needed. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a performance bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Piravom, Kerala is required for this role. The minimum education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and proficiency in English is also required.
