Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient registration efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and reports.
• Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for smooth operations.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle billing, invoices, and payment collections if required.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth functioning of the diagnostics center.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a diagnostic center or healthcare front office is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and patient-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
