Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in & check-out.
Handle guest inquiries, calls, and bookings (via phone, email & OTAs).
Maintain daily records of reservations, payments, and reports.
Assist travelers with city information, tours, and hostel activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping and café teams for guest needs.
Maintain hostel reception area cleanliness and vibe.
Uphold hostel policies while ensuring guests feel at home.

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive, and confident communicator.
Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
Love for travel, people, and community vibes!
