Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in
frontend development
, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role.
Deep expertise in
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Bootstrap

Ability to mentor and coach other developers to achieve better quality and velocity
Advanced knowledge of
responsive email development
, including
inline CSS

table-based layouts.
Deep understanding of
email client limitations
and how to work around them (e.g., inline CSS, table-based layouts, etc.).
Demonstrated experience ensuring
cross-browser and cross-platform
compatibility.
Familiarity with front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack, Gulp), version control (Git), and CI/CD processes.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
