Front End Engineer

As a highly experienced Front-End Engineer with expertise in React.js and Next.js, your role will involve leading the design, development, and optimization of modern, high-performing web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.js and Next.js. - Driving component-based architecture using reusable UI patterns and libraries. - Collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Optimizing web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO, especially for SSR/SSG in Next.js. - Implementing state management using Redux, Recoil, or Context API. - Working on API integration, authentication flows, and role-based access control. - Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to front-end coding standards. - Performing code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing best practices. - Collaborating with DevOps and QA teams for CI/CD automation and release readiness. - Staying updated with the latest front-end frameworks, tools, and trends. In terms of technical skills, you should be proficient in: - Core technologies like React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript. - Styling tools including Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, CSS Modules, SCSS. - State management solutions such as Redux, Recoil, Context API, Zustand. - Build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel. - Testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright. - API integration methods such as REST, GraphQL, Axios, React Query. - Version Control & CI/CD tools like GitHub / GitLab, Jenkins, Vercel, or AWS Amplify. - Other tools like Storybook, Figma, ESLint, Prettier. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3+ years in React.js and Next.js. - Proven experience in delivering large-scale, high-traffic web applications. - Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred skills for this role include experience with micro-frontend architecture, knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP), exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.,
