Frontend WordPress Developer

We are looking for a skilled Frontend WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in converting Figma designs into responsive WordPress themes or static HTML/CSS websites. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and clients to deliver high-quality websites that align with project goals and modern web standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes or static HTML/CSS.
• Customize WordPress themes using modern coding standards, ensuring clean, optimized, and reusable code.
• Integrate custom functionalities, plugins, or APIs to enhance WordPress websites.
• Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements using JavaScript or relevant libraries.
• Test and debug websites for performance, browser compatibility, and responsiveness across various devices.
• Maintain and improve the website's user interface for seamless user experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress and frontend technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in converting Figma designs to WordPress themes or static HTML/CSS.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress theme development and customization.
• Familiarity with Gutenberg blocks and WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Knowledge of SEO principles for web development.
• Basic understanding of PHP for WordPress development.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with WooCommerce for e-commerce websites.
• Experience in performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of REST APIs for WordPress integration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure design fidelity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Educational Qualification:

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Relevant certifications in WordPress development or frontend technologies are a plus.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a WordPress or Frontend Developer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
