Front Desk Representative

You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. As a Front Desk Representative at SAAOL, you will act as the first point of contact for patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include appointment booking over call and for walk-in patients, managing patient flow for ongoing patient treatments, maintaining inventory, coordinating with local vendors, ensuring smooth functioning of the center, staff management, and coordinating with HQ for resource replenishment. You should have 1-2 years of prior working experience, intermediate computer skills, and strong communication and people skills. This is a full-time position located in Dwarka, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad.
