Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist

You will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and visitors with a positive attitude while managing all front-desk activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform basic clerical duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and behavior
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle pressure and resolve complaints gracefully
