Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist in Greater Noida West Sec 1 . The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining the reception area, coordinating communications, and supporting the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle various administrative tasks
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency with office software and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is advantageous
