Job Description

We are hiring friendly, professional Front Desk Executives / Receptionists to be the first point of contact at our Ahmedabad offices. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression on our clients, visitors, and partners. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Role & responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients, and manage the visitor log.
Answer and route incoming calls professionally; take messages when required.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier coordination.
Maintain conference room bookings and assist with meeting setups.
Manage basic office supplies inventory and place reorder requests.
Assist with basic data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with facilities/housekeeping and security teams.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Liaise with office vendors and suppliers as required.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi).
Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
Good phone etiquette and basic email handling.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn office systems. (Nice to Have)
Punctual, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
